i-Level’s solution

On receipt of store data, we considered the locations and decided that although in some areas both Comet and Curry’s were in similar locations, it was more cost effective to engage separate fitters for each “store group”

Each store type had different requirements which meant that to “mix” the teams would mean loading each van with different kits which was logistically more complex, plus each team of fitters were only required to be trained only on their kit.

* Pilot scheme showed that using 2 fitters per job reduced the time on-site by 40% we then were able to plan the roll-out with 3.5 installs per day instead of 2 which reduced the overall project rollout.
