Merson ilevel-Retail receives ISO accreditation
Leading POP installation company, Merson ilevel-Retail receive ISO 9001 and ISO14001 for their Quality and Environmental Management systems respectively


Following the recent acquisition by leading Brand Communications company, Merson Signs of East Kilbride, ilevel-Retail have recently undergone a rigorous investigation of its quality and environmental management systems resulting in full accreditation in line with the existing rating held by the parent company.

Stuart Misseldine, ilevel's Divisional Director, says "since we started in 2001 we have endeavored to stay one jump ahead with our systems, constantly developing existing systems to meet specific client needs and embracing technology every step of the way. 

Delivery of information is key to our whole client service ethic and this starts at the beginning of every project. We were therefore delighted to receive the ISO accreditation demonstrating that our systems were already at the top end of expected levels of service. The real benefit of the accreditation inspection is that we now have clear targets of how to further improve our service levels rather than wait for the next upgrade to generated by events"

TV’s at merson i-Level for Tesco Customers
merson i-level retail install the LG Wall display into Tesco Extra stores

The Valley Group awards merson i-level retail the contract to install their newly designed LG Wall display into Tesco Extra stores.

LG Valley Tesco

Valley designed and produced a new Wall Fixture to display LG’s new Flat Screen TV’s 42” 42LG3000 & LG 32” PG6000.

All installations were duly completed within Tesco Extra stores over a 5 day period and were instore in time to meet the busy Christmas sales opportunities.  Valley chose merson i-level retail for this project following the very successful SKY campaign which ran over a 2 year period with over 1000 installations to Currys and Comet stores
